Robert Glasper Experiment‘s forthcoming landmark album, Black Radio, boldly stakes out new musical territory and transcends any notion of genre, drawing from jazz, hip hop, R&B and rock. The Experiment wears its eclecticism on its sleeve, presenting new collaborative originals and surprising cover songs. In this digital DJ promo, they transform the Afro-Cuban standard “Afro Blue” with Erykah Badu. Also included are “Move Love” ft. KING, “Always Shine” ft. Lupe Fiasco and Bilal, and the title track, which features yasiin bey (the artist formerly known as Mos Def). Additional guests on the full-length span the spectrum of urban music from Lalah Hathaway to Shafiq Husayn (Sa-Ra), Ledisi, Chrisette Michele, Musiq Soulchild, Meshell Ndegeocello, and Stokley Williams (Mint Condition). Catch the Robert Glasper Experiment on their US tour. Watch Robert Glasper’s EPK Video.

Remix Robert Glasper’s song “Move Love” to win $500 and a royalty-free one of a kind piano sample from Robert himself.

Simply classic soulful jazzy vibes with an Hip Hop twist and the jazz mastery of Robert Glasper… The New Jazzmatazz ??? Maybe better and a lot closer to jazz than any crossover projects on the market!
